Here at the moment (19/06/08) - came on a last minute cheapy with first choice - so for what we paid its not bad. They are remodelling several rooms on a rolling basis - so as a package deal traveller you will be put in an old room with grotty carpet etc. We got ourselves moved after the first night... more

If you are staying here this summer Bad Luck. Location isnt bad just opposite the packed palm beach and near to some nice resturants. Rooms are awful, the first room we stayed in had condensation pouring from the walls and the ceiling, woke up the first morning with drips of water on my head. and the smell Ugggh. Teenage children... more

Usually I have no problems with Brickell Bay, but this time they put me in an AWFUL FILTHY room. Peeling paint, dirty bathroom, etc. (see pics). Brickell Bay is really a crapshoot as far as the quality of the room. more

I was recommended this hotel from someone who has stayed quite a few times in the past. We almost changed our minds after reading some of the horrible reviews of this hotel. We are so happy that we listened to our friend and not the reviews. Our experience was quite wonderful at the Brickell Bay Beach Club. The room was... more

We just returned from apretty good vacation in Aruba. First of all Aruba has some of the most beauitiful beaches in the world. The location of this hotel is its best feature, its right across the street from the beach and all the great places to eat. Now for the the not so great part of this hotel. The Brickell... more

I booked Brickell Bay for my wife and I for two nights prior to our move over to Bucuti (separate review). We arrived on the 30th of Dec. and stayed for 2 nights. A very pleasant surprise. Here are the good points. 1) Wonderful location, walk across the street to the beach...no big deal. Also, near all the cool stuff... more

We weren't expecting anything amazing from Brickell Bay as we had booked it via a last-minute cheap deal from First Choice Holidays. However, we were quite pleasanly surprised. The hotel had a nice facade, the reception area was quite nice - not flash but quite nice and Caribbean-y. and check-in went relatively smoothly. The room was massive and really quite... more

Don't trust what is saying intheir website. only very few rooms have been renovated and donot expect to get its until...you complain about the disgusting rooms, rotten smell, moistures they first propose you. Don't even try to have any meal or breakfast in the attached restaurant. On top of getting you sick, you pay a max for that. Nevertheless, Aruba... more

We were stranded an extra day in Aruba when the storm came through last week, so we ended up at Brickell Bay. The check-in process was a little slow, but people were friendly and worked everything out. But THE ROOM! EEEK! I have never stayed ANYwhere that I felt it was dangerous to my health before. The mold/mildew smell in... more
