Went to this zoo in June 2008 and was pleasantly surprised. You can get upclose to the animals and they all were very active. We went to the zoo, was a fun little activity but nothing grand. I am glad we went just because of the incredible story they have from going thru the hurricanes and everything. Not alot of animals at all but it's privately owned. more
