My wife and I traveled to Egypt with Gate 1 in May of 2008. It was a 10 day trip including 4 days of cruising on the Nile. We had a blast! Was a great holiday..., from the time we arrived at the Cairo Int. Airpot...everything was an adventure...the first day we went to the markets to get a feel of how the food and culture is, but to our surprise everything was the same as we were used too lol, in the middle east countries... the food culture everything...but the atmosphere... more

We booked with Egypt Highlights for their namesake 10 day Egypt Highlights Cairo and Nile cruise package. Let me begin by saying that we were TOTALLY happy with the entire experience. Not would I only recommend them to anyone, I DID recommend them to both of my bosses at work. If they don't have a good experience....and now to go... more

If anyone is planning a trip to Egypt and is having a difficult time finding a tour operator steer clear of Egypt Highlights. I booked a one day tour from Cairo to Luxor using their third party booking partner Hostel World Tours. At the time of booking a 10% deposit, using a credit card, was required to reserve the tour.... more
