Peover hall is a lovely day out. I have a family grave in the church yard and the people who look after the grounds leave the place looking beautiful all year round. If you liked peover hall and gardens peover show is held in the grounds once a year. more

Our visit was on a rainy day but this added to the atmosphere in this historic family manor. The guides were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The paintings were magnificent , the Norman knight dominating the entry foyer making a visit worthwhile in itself. A return visit would still not satisfy my curiosity about this fascinating... more
