My husband and I were in Majorca in the summer of 2007 while on an extended European vacation. Of all of the countries we visited including France, Spain, and Italy, this was one of the most stunning places we saw! Living in the coastal areas of California all my life, traveling to Hawaii regularly, owning two sailboats on the East... more
having lived on mallorca for four years in the nineties, ive been to es trenc many times.what a fantastic beach it is,unspoilt, mostly uncrowded and with crystal clear waters of which remain shallow for a good 80 meters out.i prefere the sa rapita end to the colonia st jordi end,i whould recomend any visitor to mallorca to hire a car and visit... more
Es Trenc is an amazing 3km beach. When you get to the beach from the car park is going to be pretty crowded but if you make the effort to just walk TO THE RIGHT for 30 minutes you’ll see why people fall in love with this part of the island. You’ll be in an unspoiled white sand beach. Best... more
I cannot put this more simply. If you have experienced the wide, open, clean, white sand beaches of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, don't bother going to this long, thin, overcrowded strip of dirty yellow sand. After reading several reviews on this beach i decided to give it a visit. Why do people not tell it as it really is. Pesonally i would rather have the facts insted of some romantic holiday memory. The facts are; from the north of the island the drive will take about 1 hour approx. Once you reach the single track... more
I went to Es Trenc at the end of June 2004. It is stunning! I have been to the Maldives and the water in colour, temperature and sheer clarity was amazing - just like the Maldives. The sand is soft and white and there were a number of expensive motor yachts moored off the bay. It's very safe for children... more
My wife and I went on holiday to Majorca in 2003. Although we stayed at Carla Mondrago(noisy hotel but fantastic beaches) I had read about the nudist beach at Es Trenc. We found a taxi rank at Carla D'or which advertised the beach on a photo wall so we asked him to take us. As I had read there were... more
I went there four times during my two weeks in Majorca. I heeard from friends who had been earlier that it was a beauty, but I didn't no it would be so stunning. Ofcourse it depends which part you visit, but the colour of the sand and water and the general feeling were superb. A defintite must for anyone visiting... more
My husband and I went for a day out to find Es Trenc beach as we had read about it in the holiday section of the National press. It was fairly easy to find although as we approached the area we went through some marshland it was a very bumpy ride, but when we saw the beach it was well... more
