Just got back from a full day here and have this to report: Coki beach is free & open to the public and located next to Coral World. I experienced the most amazing snorkeling at Coki Beach! My family arrived on the Carnival Destiny and took an open air taxi about 15 minutes ($9 per person each way) to the beach.
