We just returned home from the Holiday Inn Select in Memphis and I can't say enough about the service we received and the friendliness of the staff. I was VERY hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews about the staff not being accommodating, difficult to enter and exit (it is), poor service, dingy and in dire need of upgrade.... more

We just stayed at Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Parkway. The hotel provided free parking. They had auto check-in machines. They were not working properly and after numerous attempts we decided to check-in at the front desk.
