Good authenic Mexican food. Scarey location. more
Terrible serve, food not up to par for prices. Won't go back anytime soon more
This diner is great. It has fun, attentive waitstaff. It has individual jukeboxes on each table (but this doesn't make it too noisy or loud). The menu is large with a very wide range of items ranging from traditional diner food to Italian to Mediterranean and there is plenty for vegetarians. It also has a wide range of desserts including... more
This is a typical Olive Garden like most others in the national chain. The average entree is not as expensive as the previous people said. I got take out at this one and they had a very generous portion of salad, food and three breadsticks-- much more than I could eat. more
This is a fun little restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive. The food has decent sized portions (you'll probably finish it, but won't starve). It's also pretty tasty and not too spicy. it seems fairly authentic but since I've lived in New Mexico I'm a bit biased against Mexican food that is not smothered in... more
We went because we needed a place with free wireless internet. The service was excellent (lunch, very attentive waiter). The food was okay-- not awful, not amazing. The salad had lots of fun little things in it but I wanted ranch dressing and they only had fat-free ranch dressing (which is just not my personal favorite). The baked pasta dish... more
I just read the past review and I could not disagree more. The prices are quite reasonable especially the $5.99 combo with plenty to choose from. If there is a problem at all, it would be that there is too much to choose from. The bar is actually being expanded and hopefully will be completed sometime in September. I hope... more
We stayed at the Sheraton, Reading, PA Aug. 8-10th. On Sat. morning the breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I thought there was nothing you could do wrong with a box of cereal, wrong, the milk was warm. In the afternoon, we were supposed to have a pool party (meaning at the pool) well they sent us inside for... more
I booked a Girlfriends Getaway package with accommodations at this hotel. I like to start off by saying the staff at the Sheraton was fantastic. Very friendly, attentive, gracious and sympathetic. I wish all hotel staff were like this. The hotel room was a king suite in the executive tower. Both myself and my friend felt the room was functional,... more
I've gone to Chucker Chubbs a few times and have yet to get any food that I like. It's just average and the prices are too high for the quality of food that you get. The last waitress I had was rude and when I pointed this out to her, she overcompensated and was a pain, coming to see if... more
This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was disgusting. There were people barbequing in the parking lot until 3 in the morning. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold and I think bugs were nesting in there too. The bathroom walls were bear unpainted sheet rock. There was no towel rack. The TV didn't work. The... more
Outside, lobby & breakfast area were not great, but bearable. However, room was old, run down and filthy. This location has not seen any updating or thorough cleaning in a very long time. We don't expect more than an average price clean room from this chain, but this location would qualify in the $50/night rate - not $100/night. more
What a GEM! Although I haven't spent the night, I have attended day-time meetings on the premises, and the experience has been lovely. Nestled in a wooded area, the cottage is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are nicely furnished for comfort and aesthetics. The gardens--lovingly tended by the owner--are beautiful and offer a sweet meditation experience. The food is great,... more
This is truly a gem. Cottage is so beautiful, and the grounds are equally breathtaking. Definitely one of the most relaxing places I have ever seen. more
Had my daughters wedding here. Saw the place and fell in love with it. The rooms are fantastic, both in the main house and carriage house. Beautiful furnishings and wood working. The food was fantastic. Had a great breakfast both mornings. Was better than I could have imagined. Everything was so tasty and presented beautifully. The food at the wedding... more
Dirty...Dirty...Dirty!! I went out a bought sheets, pillow and blanket for the bed. Their linen looked terrible. It looked as if someone just got off of the sheets. The towels were old and nasty. There was no alarm clock, no iron, no hair dryer, and I think that the advertisment included all of the above. I have never been in... more
My husband and I ordered the tapas and had no idea how many to order or how large the portions would be. We thought they would only be one bite each, but should have had a clue when the waitress moved us to a larger table. We ordered them for dinner because we actually like the nibbling of an appetizer... more
While we have eaten at this restaurant in the past with favorable experiences, our dining experience this evening was awful. Portios were extremely small (reduced from prior visits) and the prices were the same. Restaurant was not at all crowded but service was SLOW. I honestly do not feel we will visit this resrautant again. We're wondering if there has... more
We had dinner in June 2008 at Dan's during a weekend visit to Reading. What a delightful experience - start to finish! You enter the restaurant by going downstairs - sort of like a romantic grotto entrance. The restaurant is small and simply decorated, but it has a warm, intimate feel to it. The tables are candlelit and carefully set... more
