A friend had some comps for this hotel, and booked it for us. I was very "underwhelmed" by a hotel that has such a great reputation. From the smell of stale, embedded smoke in the closet of a non-smoking room to the low water pressure in the shower to the $5 charge to use the exercise room, I think this... more
