Location is good, right near the beach and a short walk to 3rd Street Promenade. The service was not great, seemed like an effort to help. The room was not particularly clean, especially the bathroom, very old, tiles cracked, hair everywhere. Security did not seem great and when they cleaned they left the windows open with flimsy fly screen. more

There are very few sit-down dining options on the Pier, and we've seen Bubba Gump outlets stabilize in many places over the years, so Bubba Gump it was.
