We stayed in large cabins that had a bunkbed and a queen. They were clean, though a tad worn. The hotel is run by two very accommodating ex-pats and the staff is very helpful and sweet. Bocas Del Toro certainly offers some amazing sights, but Bocas Town wouldn't be one of them. It's basically a [--] with a splash of charm when the sun goes down.
