We went there for a stay of 4 nights but after 2 horrible nights , we went just accross the street in the La Pedrera Hotel...way better for the same price.... Ok, we stay in Las Terrazas in September and where the only guests of the hotel ( low season) ...The rooms were extremely cold even with the small heaters... more

This hotel is a joke. They tried to take advantage of my wife and I on our honeymoon. The service was horrid and we were given the run around and dismissed as we weren't locals and/or fluent in Spanish. We switched to the Conrad and enjoyed the rest of our stay.
