I was disappointed with the Disneyland Grand Californian. For the price you pay, you'd think that your room would be nice with a friendly staff. The service was- not terrible not spectacular. The music was good. It was crowded but not terribly so. Minimal kids there but the few we saw were behaving. I had the New York Strip Tchoupitoulas. We booked the Borrego Luxury Suite for our 5 night stay in Anaheim. We were looking for a hotel with large rooms to accomodate our family of five, within walking distance to Disneyland, a nice pool, pay movies, free parking, free breakfast, and a fitness room with a decent treadmill.
