My husband and I stayed at Grand Oasis Cancun together with a larger group for 4 nights from May 8th. Watch out! Money got lost from bags inside the rooms. Also, items have been stolen from the pool area!!!!!! The people at the reception were the WORST!!!!! Totally ignorant, unhelpful. Charging services we never used - like ay TV service,... more
