Hurricane Norbert
Now a Category Three storm, Hurricane Norbert is expected to make landfall this weekend on the Baja Peninsula. Forecasters predict Norbert will weaken and will land north of La Paz, avoiding a direct hit on Los Cabos. The storm will then travel through the states of Sonora and Sinaloa over the weekend.

I just called the Palmilla reservations as American Airlines notified us that they are cancelling all flights tomorrow to Cabo as a Category 2 Hurricane is touching down tomorrow. Apparently the hotel expects you to hang out in their hurricane shelter and will not refund any booking. Even though the airlines wont fly there as its too dangerous. We were... more
