From the moment we arrived, we realized it was not a good hotel. We requested to change rooms, since the floor tiles were all cracked, patio doors windows were dirty. Let me start off by saying that the RIU Ochos Rios was not our first choice of stay. Last year we went to Cancun and stayed at the Marriot CasaMagna (beautiful hotel), and the RIU didn’t seem to match up.
