Got married there, and had 10 friends join us. Have to say, this was a great property. Beautiful people, good food and lots to drink. Of course there were a couple of things that made for jokes, like having the ceremony paused because of the planes flying overhead...but can't blame the resort for that. /We loved the Royal and everything about it. We thought it was paradise. I had done my homework before we went so I knew what to expect as far as the age of the resort and the condition of the rooms. This is Dani from VA and I just got back from my trip to RDMB, stayed there ffrom 7/12-7/17 and had a blast!!!! Loved the fact that we were minutes away from the airport. Got to the hotel and check in went very smooth. The room was great! The AC was so on point. No hot water but then again... more
